The Cleveland Browns are 2-7 and are in Dallas to play their first regular season game at Jerry’s World. The Cowboys are currently 4-5 and are coming off an impressive performance against the Philadelphia Eagles from last Monday night. But I’m not ready to write off the Cleveland Browns, they are a young team filled with rookies, they have played well in their games prior to the bye, and will hopefully be trying to finish the 2012 season on a good note.

They playoffs are out of the picture for the Browns, not mathematically but close enough, but they have a team to be excited for and to build on. Today they will look to take the role of a spoiler. The Cowboys are 1.5 games behind the New York Giants in the NFC East, and if you’re a Dallas fan, your only fear is that week 11 will be a trap game. Coming off of the bye week, the Browns should be well rested and better prepared than the Cowboys. The Cowboys have one of the worst ranked rushing defenses, so we are labeling Trent Richardson as the key to the game for the Cleveland Browns. If T-Rich can have his way with the Dallas defense, then we think the Browns will have a great chance to win the game. Control the clock and ground game, force Romo to throw (and make mistakes), and leave Dallas with a win sounds like a good plan to me.
