With only eleven days remaining until the Browns first regular season game against the Philadelphia Eagles, the suspended LB, Scott Fujita is still under the impression that the suspension will be lifted and that he will be able to take the field in week one. Scott Fujita is currently suspended for the first three games of the 2012 NFL season due to his involvement in the Saint bounty system. Fujita played four seasons with the Saints, but he has not been a member of that team since 2009 when the New Orleans Saints won Super Bowl 44.

Fujita didn’t specify why he is confident that the suspension will be lifted, but we can’t avoid the speculation that he is hearing good news from the NFL players association regarding the appeal of his and the other players suspensions who were allegedly involved in the Saints bounty program that was instated by their former defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams.
